Red Mullet

These two serious looking guys made tonight's dinner. Red mullet are not rare they just not plentiful in Irish waters, these were caught by the "Argonaut IV" which fishes using a seine net. The owner of the boat has a shop so he sells what he catches. Recipe to follow soon!
